Mooout: A technology platform that intermediates material transport within the United Kingdom.

User: Any individual or legal entity that uses the Mooout platform as a customer, driver, or business.

Customer: A User who requests material transport services through Mooout.

Driver: A User approved by Mooout to provide transport services as an independent contractor.

Materials: Physical items that can be transported, excluding people, animals, illegal goods, or hazardous substances.

Purpose: Mooout provides an application that facilitates the transport of materials using geolocation, scheduling, and digital payments, connecting customers and drivers.

Driver Requirements

  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
  • Vehicle suitable and authorised for commercial use.
  • Clean criminal record where required by law.
  • Registration as self-employed or company with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
  • Motor insurance covering commercial transport of goods.

Driver Responsibilities

  • Respect scheduled collection and delivery times.
  • Ensure safety and care of materials during transport.
  • Confirm load details with the customer before starting the trip.
  • Inform Mooout of any incidents, delays, or unforeseen issues.
  • Do not transport undeclared, illegal, or hazardous items.
