5. Account & Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can submit a request through the following channels:

  • Email our support team at support@mooout.app.
  • Use the in-app option:
    Home > Profile > Delete account

Your request will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days. Data will be permanently deleted from our systems, except for information we are legally required to retain (for example, for tax or compliance purposes).

Once the request has been completed, you will receive a formal confirmation by email.

6. Access to Your Data

Mooout guarantees your right to access the personal data we hold about you.

You can request a copy of your data, including:

  • Profile and account information.
  • Trip history.
  • Documents you have submitted (e.g. driver or business docs).

Requests can be made directly via the app. Our team will review and process them safely, and the information will be sent by email within 14 working days.
